Personal delivery is available in Kampala, Entebbe, and Jinja. Bulk and wholesale delivery is available nationwide across all regions of Uganda.

Send us: (1) your full name, (2) your delivery address or estate name, (3) the names and quantities of the medications you need, and (4) your preferred payment method. A photo of your prescription is helpful if you have one. We will confirm availability and give you a delivery time.
During business hours (7 AM – 10 PM), we respond to WhatsApp messages within 5–15 minutes. Emails for bulk orders are typically replied to within a few hours. For urgent needs, a phone call is the fastest option.
Yes. After 10 PM, you must place your order by calling or WhatsApp messaging 0741 708 755 directly. We handle emergency and after-hours deliveries depending on driver availability. Emergency delivery fees apply for late-night orders.
We offer flexible payment options. You can pay on delivery (cash) or in advance via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. For first-time customers, we may request advance payment depending on the order. We always confirm payment terms before dispatching.
